SPHERE HEALTH is a virtual, cash-pay platform that connects you with a board-certified physician. You complete a clinical assessment, complete the baseline lab work, and a physician provides you with a plan tailored to you, with ongoing monthly follow-up cadence.

Your care is delivered by board-certified OB-GYN and obesity medicine physicians who specialize in women's hormonal health and metabolic care. SPHERE HEALTH does not rely on nurse practitioners or physician assistants for clinical care.

Most of your care happens online, on your schedule. Any lab work is handled through a network of local draw sites, with at-home collection available on eligible plans.

SPHERE HEALTH serves adult women 18 and older.

SPHERE HEALTH is available to patients in 48 states and the District of Columbia, everywhere in the U.S. except Rhode Island and Hawaii. SPHERE HEALTH is not available to patients outside of the United States.

SPHERE HEALTH offers membership plans with clear, transparent pricing. Your membership covers your clinical care, labs, and access to the platform. Medications are either sent to a retail pharmacy near you or billed separately and shown to you before you are charged, so there are no surprise costs.

SPHERE HEALTH is a cash-based platform. Pricing is transparent, so you always know what you're paying for. We do not accept insurance.

When a physician determines medication is appropriate, FDA-approved branded GLP-1s and certain compounded specialty medication prescriptions are sent to a partner pharmacy for fulfillment and delivery to you. Retail pharmacy prescriptions are sent to your choice of local pharmacy near you. A physician reviews your history and discusses options with you. Medications are billed separately and presented to you clearly before you would be charged.

Rosalyn is the clinical intelligence layer inside SPHERE HEALTH. It is software that uses artificial intelligence to help your physician review your information, including your assessment answers, health history, lab results and any documents you upload. It organizes that information and prepares suggestions for your physician to review. Rosalyn is not a person and not a physician.

No. Every clinical decision is made by your physician. Your physician reviews everything Rosalyn prepares and can agree with it, change it or set it aside entirely. Nothing becomes part of your care plan until your physician has reviewed and approved it.

Dr. Rosalyn Yalow (1921 to 2011), an American medical physicist. In the 1950s, she and her colleague Dr. Solomon Berson developed radioimmunoassay, a technique that made it possible to measure tiny amounts of hormones, such as insulin, in a blood sample. Her work laid the groundwork for how hormones are measured today. In 1977, she received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, the second woman ever to receive it. She chose not to patent her discovery so that laboratories everywhere could use it. Much of women's hormonal health starts with a measurement, and Dr. Yalow is a big reason that measurement is possible. We named Rosalyn in her honor.
