  1. Tell us about you

    A clinical assessment that maps your symptoms, history, and goals to the right care pathway.

  2. Consult with a physician

    A board-certified OB-GYN reviews your assessment, symptoms, and history to confirm the right care pathway.

  3. Complete your baseline biomarker panel

    A lab-drawn panel at a lab near you, with optional at-home phlebotomy. Your physician can order additional markers as your care continues.

  4. Receive your plan, including medication if relevant

    Your prescribing physician builds a plan from your actual data. If medication is part of it, it's prescribed and routed to the pharmacy best suited to fill it. Most prescriptions go to your preferred retail pharmacy. Branded GLP-1s are filled through our partner pharmacy network.

  5. Receive ongoing care

    Ongoing care between visits, with monitoring and additional testing when your plan calls for it.

On medications

GLP-1 therapies are prescribed as branded, FDA-approved formulations only. For other conditions, your physician may order compounded medications when they're the right clinical fit, for example, personalized hormone formulations, specific dosing, or ingredient combinations not available off-the-shelf. Every prescription is matched to your data, your goals, and your tolerance.
